  Mr. Woods did our family well, he worked with our family through the end the facility did a wonderful job, but there was one thing that needs to be addressed and that is HIPPA personal information being told about to others that was personal that only your financial manager would know. We had a hard time going through that difficult time and to hear an outside source close to the family discuss a hardship matter to another person outside of the business was very disrespectful to hear. It took me a while to realize how to address this matter due to making a phone call to speak to the owner but this right here is where you all need to stress the fact of your front end personal to not discuss personal business matters of hardships to outside persons of interest. Mrs.Rhymes our family did not appreciate the gossip of our hardship payment plans to others in the street. Unprofessional decisions make Woods Funeral Liable for this HIPPA Breach of personal information.. So now from this day forward I hope this review will enlighten your staff of keeping personal info behind the walls and not out in the streets... Again you all did a great job with our love one... Mr. Woods thank you again for your services for our mother..
